is it a rule that i cycle creatine , or can i take it non stop one more -- if i take it for 6 mo, then stop, will i lose alot of my muscle, even though i still work out?
you dont need to cycle creatine.. you can start off with the loading (20 g/day), then go to maintenance (5 g/day).. then after awhile, say 8 weeks, reload. or else you can just take 5 g after a workout from day 1 and continue with that..
when you come off it, you will lose some of the water weight you previously retained, but not the strength you built up
