Hey! Im not sure what type of diet plan i should follow, I really want to just count calories. :laugh:

Why would you want to count calories though? I don't get it...you kinda make it seem like it's fun or something...I do it though, no biggy

Sorry I wasn't much help, I am not living up to my duty here.
On a serious note, if you just want to count calories, take your present weight, and multiply by 14 cal per pound of body weight. What ever that total is, divide it up between protein carbs and fat for the day. If after 2 weeks you do not see a change lower the calorie intake from the carbs and fat.
Do NOT go under 12 cal per pound.
