I suppose they would work. Looking at the philosophy behind them, they are working the abdominal area. Would I do them? probably not. The golf Squat and Broadjump dont seem to bad, but I dont know about the swiss ball push up. Also, remember there are always new fads, diets, exercises out there that promise results. I am not one to knock those results, but I just believe in the old fashion way. You need to do the exercises properly (old or new) and go with the one that works for you.

I read this article in my magazine...these are toning exercises. There is some intensity as there's no rest, but can't really see a difference between these exercises and any others where you simply incorporate the "no rest method." If I were to do the same thing to my regular workout with moderate to light weights, I can't see why the results would be any different.

Curcuit training will help in burning fat, but, here's the but, has to be done full body.
