Not sure about numbers of calories but my protein is close to 200 g. I do need to eat more. Thanks.

Coolness I am about 195-200lbs. and take in about 270 grams
of protein daily at least. You may want to increase your carb
level and good fats level also. You should check out the
nutrition section it is really helpful.

keep with it

Thanks Steve. From what sources are your protein?? I have a hard time finding that much protein without eating the world!! My shakes help but I just can't add it up enough. I can only afford so much food. On a limited budget right now. Thanks.

I double up on the scoop for my protein in shakes, because
each scoop is like a chicken breast. Lots of tuna and on a
good day lean cuts of meat. I find the shakes easy and cheap.

Thanks Steve2. I have been finding more sources of protein in the fridge and cupboard. Can't eat tuna (cat food) but do eat lots of beans. Lookout!! You're right. The shakes are probably cheaper in the long run. Keep eating!!
