I was wondering...

I set up a plan on the site for work on my upperbody and abs however, it sometimems conflicts with my running schedule. IE. some days I will run 12-18miles (training for marathon). On those days, its just seems a bit too much for me to do whatever it is for me to do on the workouts on my upper and abs. Should I just skip them on these kind of days??

thanks!

set your work days for the number of days that you can lift - then move then to right days - my hubby is off on Sunday & Mondays os I do my Day 1 on Tuesday

just skip any workout you have altogether...that's a huge amount of cardio work you're doing so you need plenty of rest to recover...also remember to eat a lot of carbs after you finish your run to replace the glycogen in your muscles....150-200g of complex carbs will do it...
