If you've always drank a lot of water, and taken creatine for a while ,and haven't had any problems till now then you should see a Dr. If you're new to drinking a lot of water and this just started then give your bladder time to expand...then you can go an hour and half without going. However if you think it's the creatine then cut back and see if the urination slows down then you'll know for sure...however I've never heard of creatine causing excessive urination.
However rest easy...you're not alone...I'm in the bathroom probably 12-15 times throughout the day.

Ok here's the situation... I'm 26 and my friends are constantly on my case because I have to urinate ALL the time. I basically cannot go an hour without having to use the bathroom. Now granted I do drink a lot of water (I'm taking creatine) but is this normal? Here's an example... 2 nights ago I had a date and I was supposed to take this girl out for coffee. Instead we ended up staying at her place and chatting, then watching a movie, then things got a little more "interesting". I got there at 8:30 and I left at 3:30 and during that time I had to urinate 7 times. I told her that I think I MIGHT be diabetic (I have a friend whose diabetic that suffered from the same condition before he was diagnosed...) when I told her that she said that she understood. She must have because she wasn't turned off by it but needless to say it's embarassing and I'm worried about failure to perform because I have to urinate all the time. I know I should see a doctor about this, probably sooner than later... I guess I'd just like to get some opinions on this subject. What could be some cuases of this? Thanks.

Have you been checked for a urinary tract infection? Most common side effect is increased urge to urinate...Go get it checked out...quick and easy. DO you actually pee a lot each time or just a bit? DO you just feel like you have to go but don't go much? Any burning at all? Do you take diuretics (caffeine) Are you drinking lots of water? Do you need to wake up at night to go? These are all questions that you will likely be asked...

Is this something new? if you recently increased your water intake then this is normal....when I started drinking gallon a day or close...I at first had to go every 15-30 minutes....then it adjusted...now even when I feel the need to go I still can hold out for 1-3 hours...(2+ hour classes are a B")
Also when you go is it a drop? or are they long?...if it's like a drop and you may or may not have burning then it could be urinary infection...
I would hold off from jumpign straight to 'i am a diabetic'...
go get checked out to rule out the more serious possibilities and to treat small things ASAP before they become an issue...

You could also just have a small bladder. i seem to have to go a lot as well, drink a gallon of water or more a day and I've been doing this for about 2 years and I've always had to go very often. I'm thinking that I have a small bladder, but you could always try a 24hr. urine test. Just get a gallon jug and keep track of how much water you drink and how much you urinate out.
