i'm no expert, but 10 sets of squats and deadlifts every week seems like overkill. why not break up your exercise days into more specific areas, instead of doing chest, biceps, tripceps, abs, and legs all on one day?

I suggest to take a lot of steroids because that's the only way you'll be able to keep up with this...

I suggest u drop all the curls and extensions and what no...and focus on big lifts...forget all the little exercises...this is not where u'll get results

Deadlifts
Squats
Chin Ups
Dips
Military Presses
Goodmornings
Pull Ups
Bent Over Rows
Bench Presses
Lunges
etc

dont do squats or deadlifts more than once a week...I would even suggest doing deadlifts every other week...
e.g. for 3x3,3x5,or 5x5 routine
Week1:
Day1:
Squats
Chin Ups
Dips

Day2:
Bent Over Rows
Bench Presses
Military Presses

Day3:
Deadlifts
Pull Ups
Close Grip Bench Presses

Week2
Day1:
Military Presses
Pull Ups
Close Grip Bench Presses

Day2:
ATG Squats
Chin Ups
Dips

Day3:
Bent Over Rows
Bench Presses
Hyperextensions

good luck

okay,
I'm just a female beginner here, but why only work legs once a week. As for me, I do legs, glutes and calves 3x a week. Whats wrong with that??
