Hey I am in college and I see all of these diet plans to promote a better looking and more fit body. However, I live on campus (dorms) and the cafeteria does not exaclty read up on all of this stuff. Besides going out and buying what I need, which I can't do because of money, is there any hope for me. I do eat salads and usually whatever else that is part of my diet plan, but it is just really hard. I have a 6 day workout routine with cardiovascular included. All I need is the right diet. But if there is anyone out there who can help us college students then it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx <><

lexballer I am in the same boat I live on campus and the cafeteria blows, though despite my diet problems I am have still been putting on the weight and have been making decent gains so far i have put on 7lbs. since I've been up here i just eat alot of fruit and protein. I use AST's VP2 whey protein isolate to give me the extra protein since i'm not getting it by eating food. I workout 2 days a week and no cardio. I would be interested to see if anyone has any advise for those live on a college campus.
