i currently have a bit of a sore throat, but not sure what to do..is there any kind of throat i can take? thats not high in sugar? or am i not supposed to? i feel fine but my throat is a lil dry..i took my xenadrine efx this morning am i not supposed to mix my medicine with it? thanks

I've had a cold for a few days and it really sucks. I'm in the middle of a bulking stage. I've kept my diet up as best I can, plenty of protein and carbs. I still take my 5g of creatine and my 5g of glutamine. Also my multi-vitamins and fiber supplements and my ZMA before bed.

I guess my question is how does the common cold affect muscle mass?

Much research has shown that women who moderately exercise/strength train during their pregnancy lose the post birth weight faster and get healthier much quicker. I would recommend your normal workout, albiet moderately and without excessive strain.
