ok a few questions here..
i am 5'6, 25yrs, 117lbs, 22bf... over the past 4 months i have lost 12bf and 10 lbs. im very afraid of loosing more weight but even more afraid of not loosing my stomache(28inches-aiming for 25) i eat lean and workout 4x a week weights and 20min cardio.
how can i gain without gaining in the stomache? is it impossible?
