hi everyone,i haven't posted for a long time but i have been on from time to time to read up on everyone's progress.keep up the good work effulant i hope someday i will be where you are!!this morning i recieved my tickets for the cnp british grand prix 2003 in wembley conference centre in london.i am sooooooo excited about going i've never been to a bodybuilding show and this one is said to be the biggest one outside of the usa.it's on 1st november and i can't wait-the funniest thing is i haven't a clue how to get there............but who cares i got my tickets!!!!!!i'll start making some calls in the next few weeks about how to get there coz i wouldn't miss it for anything!!!
