I started to do some cleans and press' today for the first time , for someone that has never done them before its a pretty impressive exercise , it really works alot of muscle , i felt it right away in my shoulders , i didnt go too heavy since i wasnt used to it , but i really like the exercise alot , i gotta try and integrate it into my routine more often.
