I can clean and jerk around 145 right now but i think it hasnt gone up in a while. I think i have pretty decent form with it and generally if i can clean it i have no problem jerking it (WOW there has to be a better way to say that). I was wondering if there were any excercises i could work on to help my cleans. Thanks.

also you may want to drop the weight, and try to use bigger range of motion, by using 35lb plates or 25lb plates (maybe even 10s since the weight is fairly light...although olympic lifting plates are all the same size....so I'd use regulars for these...instead maybe double up on mats)...this may help if you're having trouble getting weight of the ground or it's coming up slow...
also for exercises listed, try different grips...to change your comfort zome....and work muscles in a new way....
finally double check your form to make sure it's perfect....video tape yourself if possible....

practice going from floor to straight arms locked out over head...."snatch"......heavy upper back work,and trap work.
