has anyone ever used this before i have been on it for 5 months and have lost 30 lbs i do not want to lose any more lbs should i get off it or what .......

I'm not sure but I think Nina is big on this, I am also. It's not a wonder mineral but it has a big impact on leveling your insulin level. I started taking it about a year ago and can't pin it on that one thing since I started doing several more but I wouldn't eliminate it. For those folks that get cinammon (sp?) in their shakes, they get plenty.

Cinammon in shakes are tasty :) Alother thing, exactly what does it do for you?
