Somehow, being 14, I caught chicken pox. Anyhow I have a pox in my throat which causes me to cough a ton. Well, I puilled my stomach muscle from it and today is an ab day. What should I do?

In all seriousness. Absolutely nothing. Chicken pox at your age can be a very serious disease causing dehydration and inviting other diseases such as menengitis. Get your rear in bed and stay there until you are better. Drink lots of water, eat what you can and rest. Also remember that Chicken Pox is airborne so don't go out if you don't have to, it can be quite dangerous for anyone who has reached puberty or older.

R&R is the best idea for you, then hit the workout after you get better (and that means completely better:)). Sorry to hear it though, the pox are bummer.

yeah, and don't be exposing that to people in your gym or anything. when youre sick with something so contagius, you have to be considerate of other people, so stay home and stay in bed.
