flat/incline/decline press.. flat/incline/decline flyes.. theres a bizillion chest exercises. check out some of the FT fitness programs.. i think there is a special chest program. also check out previous threads in the FitBuddy thing, there should be lots of discussion on chest development. if you have any specific questions that havent been addressed, drop another post here..

no the FT programs are free.. flat refers to a flat bench.. incline, your head will be above your butt, and decline, your head will be below. you can change the degree to which each of these are set at. flat bench will be a good overall workout for the pecs, whereas things done on the incline are going to target more of the upper pectoral muscle fibers, and things done on the decline will target more of the lower pectoral muscle fibers.
so a bench or dumbell press will develop the overall pectoral, depending on incline/decline/flat. flyes will develop outer pectorals, depending again on incline/decline/flat. the inner chest can be developed with a pec deck, cable crossovers, close grip bench press, etc. understand?? :)

Hey "impoved". Congrats on your efforts and interest. Bropie gives good advice. If it all sounds too complicated, start with chest flys (lying on back with dumbells, pretend to "hug" a giant tree) a couple times per week with moderately heavy weights (<12 reps).
Of course, like any muscle, the results will be hidden if you have a high body fat % so be sure to incorporate some aerobic activity of some kind.
Good luck!

If you check out the fitness programs on ft, it has illustrations and descriptions that tell you how to properly do the excercises. Hope this helps.
