well i was helping train my buddy, but he got lazy and stopped working out with me so i dont have a spotter anymore.
what should i do to get similar workout to a bench press? i just do pushups till i puke, clap pushups, knuckle pushups, finger pushups u name it.
my chest workout sans spotter is as follows, inclined dumbell flys, reg dumbell flys, lots of pushups to the point of where pushing up is impossible.
