I recently lost 50lbs by doing cardio and very light weights. Now I have been trying to build my arms and chest. I am 5'6 or 5'7 172lbs.
My problem is the following I have been doing the following routine with little improvement in the amount of weight I workout with.
Incline Bench 4 sets 12,10,8,8
Flat Bech Dumbell 4 sets 12,10,8,8
Decline Dumbell 4 sets 10,10,8,8
Seated Machine Flys 10,10,8,8
I do this twice a week and I have seen very little results. I just don't seem to develop muscle... am I doing something wrong?
I was thinking maybe it's my food intake? supplements? Any recommendations on either?

What weights are you using for your sets?

As follows
Incline Bench 4 sets 12reps of 80, 10 reps of 90, 8 reps of 100 and 8 reps of 110
Flat Bech Dumbell 4 sets 12 reps of 40lb dumbells, 10 reps of 45lb, 8 of 45lb, and then I attempt as many of 50lb as i can
Decline Dumbell 4 sets 10 of 35lbs, 10 of 40lbs, 8 of 40lbs, 8 of 45lbs
Seated Machine Flys 10 of 70lb,10 of 80lbs,8 of 80lb,8 of 90lbs
