If strength is what you seek this is a workout that I used in High School. We actually used it for the chest, squat, and military press. However, be prepared that on the days that you use this you will need a partner and it eats a lot of time. Al percentages are of your one rep max
After that you can keep going until you fail creating your new max for the next cycle. Usually we would do two workouts a week and keeping the same work out for that week. So if you were in week one you would do workout one twice. in that week. However, I have done it were I just did one workout a week and progressed every week and it worked fine as well. This is just something that has worked for me in the past, as instructed by my coaches in high school. Now true that was several years ago, but I imagine it may still work for some of you if you want it. If not that is cool too.
