my goal is to get cut but at the same time i want to get stronger. wat is the best thign to do for this. this is whati am doing right now. also can u see if i need to add anythign to my workout.

flat bench press 4 x 5 of 155lbs
dubel press 4 x 10 45 lbs
push ups 4 x 25

ps i am having alot of trouble wit the lower part of my chest. it seems like all the fat moved down here.

foz, I would if possible work some incline and decline bench into your routine. It will help work the different area's of your chest. Your workout really targets one area. To get stronger I would recommend working some squats and deadlifts into your routine to help increase upper body strength. Filling out a profile will help us give advice. How is your diet? You should be eating every 2-3 hours.
