i have been lifting for a while. my chest i getting bigger .but i still have a little fatright around the nipple. other wise i am satisfid w/ my chest.can some on please help.......this is my routine
flat bench press
4x10
dumbel press
4x10
dumbel flyees
4x10
Might need to do some decline work might help.......however diet and cardio is the only ways to get rid of fat.....

I have that same exact problem. Diet and cardio seem to be trimming it down. My stomach needs a little help too, but I can see it melting like snow...slowly but surely
