Are chest exercises supposed to make me sore? Biceps,triceps, shoulder exercises all make me feel sore except chest.BTW, I do flys, incline decline, and flat bench presses for the chest
We all re-act differently as far as being sore. Your chest might only get sore 24 hrs later. Watch your form and the timing on the movements.
Are you using dumbells? Try those on incline and flat bench.
