I'm a beginner 28 female 5'6 126lb.I was wondering what exercises I can do for my chest to perk 'em up!!That does not involve weights(only hand weights) or machines.

by hamd weight, I assume you mean Dumb bells? If that is the case, you can do pullovers, DB presses, Flys, incline presses, decline presses. This will cover all areas of the chest. Pullovers and declines involve the same area. Hope this helps.
