Havent been getting any exercise in the past 2 years now and been eating alot too! (i know its bad!!)
Anyway as a result im getting scared cos i see that im developing 'manboobs'!!
So im goin back to the gym
What exercises should i focus on to help with the removal of these 'things'?
Should i be doing alot of cardio too?
Unfortunately, spot exercises won't help. You simply need to develop an all around workout including resistance training, cardiovascular, and diet. Your diet should be less calories than you expend. Basically, you need to shed bodyfat. Toning your chest muscles will help that area look better but will not get rid of the fat deposits altogether.
