supplements, do not get rid of lovehandles, a good balanced diet, a good weight lifting and exercise program and cardio of your choice. We have a great place on FT to set up a program for weight lifting and general exercises, go to ft exercise resource section, that will get you started!!!! Try the nutrition section also.

I also seemed to have trouble building up my chest. One thing which really helped me develop a bigger chest was incline bench presses. I was only doing flat bench presses before. But the incline bench press seemed to work miraculously for me. My chest grew a lot, my shoulders grew, and my arm got much bigger (because of the triceps). Hope this helps you.

Incline bench press, flys ect will increase the muscle on the chest however pullovers (not the article of clothing thought I guess these would make you look bigger!) work great for expanding your chest outwards by pushing out the rib cage. If you’re not sure how to do them and can’t see on this site, try half way down the page on http://www.graphicmuscle.com/public-article-Exercise.htm (I already knew this link so did not look here).

Also don’t under estimate the value of your lungs and do what I have heard called vacuuming exercises. Basically sucking all the air into your chest and holding in your waist (as you might to puff up and look big). I have asthma and the drugs prescribed for me as a child have given me a huge lung capacity, this means my chest sticks out, I also to train it by doing lengths underwater in the pool. I naturally walk around looking as if I am holding my breath in, but it’s just how I am relaxed because my rib cage is so big. I saw a tape Franco Columbo blowing up and bursting a hot water bottle, man that guy has strong lungs.

Abs come from fat loss as dose losing the love handles (or crane hoists depending on how bad you are lol ), this comes from exercise (particularly cardio) and a controlled diet. The only a few people who are really fanatical about training get any benefits from supplements, the bulk of them are bought by newbies though, who think they are a quick and easy solution. Sorry but it dose not exist, the only reason we hear so much about them is because it’s a good way to make money.
