Welcome to ft! Why not sign up for one of the programs here and choose to target the chest area?

Welcome to ft! As I suggested above, you should sign up for one of the ft programs and choose to target chest.

Good luck!

go to the muscle targeting section at the top of the ft site. Look for chest and click on that. That will give you loads of info on chest exercises.

Here is a workout that i found

superset the two that are together

incline dumbell press (2 or 3 sets with 8-12 reps)
incline push-ups (place hands in line with lower chest on elevated surface like a bench, then do puch ups. as many as possible)

Decline dumbell press (2 or 3 sets with 8-12 reps)
standard push-up (many as you can do)

Flat bench dumbell push ( 2 or 3 sets with 8-12 reps)
decline push-up (place feet on elevated surface and hands on ground at shoulder width apart and perform a push up. these are the toughest ones. Do as many as you can.)

try this it should help
