Okay, hopefully someone can help me out with this....I've been working out with ft for about 2 weeks now (and I LOVE it), but I just got word of my next try out for cheerleading, and I need to get my jumps and high kicks extraordinarily high, what exercises and/or stretches would be the best for that? and in the least amount of time...thank you in advance!
