Option 1) Go to myFT Personal Info. then ft Exercise Program. Then, choose Your Exercise Program and view your week's schedule. You can then have the option to View Exercise for each type of exercise.
Option 2) Go to FT Exercise Resources then Muscle Targeting, then choose a muscle group. Within each group lists several exercises along with the same option to View Exercise.
