Ok. I'm looking for some specific advice. My goal is to lose at least 4 pant sizes by the first of September. I'm hoping for more like 6 sizes.
I'm using a weight training program from FT on Saturday & Sunday. I also plan to do 15 mins cardio each day. This is done mid-morning (around 9am).
I will also be adding 20 mins cardio on Monday - Thursday in the early mornings (5am). Should this additional cardio all be HIIT? Should it be a variation of things? Anyone have a sample weekly plan? Is this too much? Would I be ok to add Friday in there too?
Should I eat before and after each workout or only eat after? What should I eat at these times? I've been told that nothing before and then a high gly carb (like banana) 50 - 60 mins after and a regular protein/carb/fat meal an hour after that is the best result. Is this true?
