I need a sound advice in this Area. I am Shahul from Singapore and I weigh 74Kg, standing at 1.75m. My physical apperance looks "average" and I am working out at the Gym 4 times a week focusing on lean mass. However I have a bulging tummy and love handles. My tummy is 38" measured from the navel (My waist is 33").
Please advise me on how to the fats around my abs, without burning those lean mass I can see I am gaining around other areas.
Would be ok to run on a treadmill for 15-20 mins after a workout. If so what speed or percentage of HR shold I be running at? Or would it be best to run Once on an empty stomach (HIIT) and two to three times of slow jog after a workout. Or shoould I run the conventional way - in the aftrenoon or evening 2-3 hours after a meal?
Please assist me in this area...I have been trying to loose these unanted fats for the past 4-5 months -in vain.
