Today was the first time in awhile that I realized how utterly out of shape I am (cardio wise) anyone have any advice in getting my endurance up? all comments are apprectiated, thanks
If you are wanting to build endurance, one way to start would be to do a few short paced sessions a week, and one longer paced session. slowly build up the longer paced session, so that your training volume (the amount of time you are doing cardio) increases by a maximum of 10% per week.
Once you have built a solid base of cardio, you can then start thinking about introducing one HIIT session a week
