I have a little problem. I need to get myself a cardio machine that will help me have more endurance. I need to be able to run 3.3 or more KMs in less than 12 minutes (my future depends on it) and I don't know which cardio machine is the best to get the results. I was thinking about a threadmill, then I changed ideas, now I want a stationnary bicycle because threadmills are too pricy. Am I doing buying the right type of machine? or is there better to increase my endurance?

Please help me, thanks.

In my opinion a good "elepticle" machine outweighs a treadmill for endurance as more energy is spent while doing your exercise, and no impact on your joints etc. But, if you need too run, than go with the treadmill.
