I'm sure someone has posted about the same problem that I have...but I'm not about to go through all of the messages :)~ Ok, I'm just wondering if anyone has any good cardio workouts that are quick but gives you just as much as a calorie burn as running for 30 min or so. I enjoy running, but it becomes so boring for me and it seems like it takes forever. I'm trying to get a six pack, and from what I read...you have to lose the fat layer on your abs for them to show along with weight training to tone and give them the washboard look. Any suggestions would be great..Thanks!

Try using an elipticle trainer, or stairmaster. I find it easier on the knees and also burns more calories. I know the feeling, 5 min for me is like 5 hrs!

Thanks, I might try some of those at my gym. What about sprinting, I know that builds up a nice heartbeat. I dont think it builds up endurance though...?

If you want to go for endurance try interval training also known as HIIT. Sprinting short and long bouts i8s good too.
