I just began working out about a year ago. At first I did all cardio. Then I started to incorporate some weight training into my routine. I saw no results from either regime, because I neglected to change my diet. Now I am starting over, changing my diet and beginning a new workout routine, but there are so many discrepancies over cardio and weight training on this site: how much to do, how often, when... I just want to get a good schedule that will help me lose fat and tone my body, particularly in my thighs, butt and stomach. I have always been worried that weight training will just build up my already heavier legs. Please help! Thanks...
