I usually do my cardio before weight traning, why should I do it after?????

I find that if I do cardio before my weight training I lose the explosiveness in my workout. Also the weight training boosts my heart rate before I even step on the treadmill.

I agree with gangster. Cardio before weights tires me out too much. I also read a few places that cardio after weights is better for fat burning.

Heavy lifting day (m,w,f) I do cardio afterwards because I need the stored glycogen for energy.
On T, TH, I spin and then lift light smaller muscles for shaping only. That is my phase for the next 12 weeks. I am looking to gain size to shred later
