I hate cardio but I need it badly. Any suggestions on what type I should do? I am 15 years old and my only fatty area is my stomach.

Continue on an ft program and do the special 12 week abs program. When you do cardio it will burn fat from everywhere not just your stomack. Do sit ups and crunches. Also do the machine bike where you sit really low. That helps.

hey, this may sound like an old mantalking here but if that is your only problem area you are in great shape. keep doing what you are doing and your body will grow out it. consider it the last of your baby fat

do cardio in the morning before breakfast or after your workout - build your way upto 30-45 minute sessions.
