Ok, I am new to this site. I am a woman, 51 years old and about 20 lbs overweight. I would like to lose the fat and get defined. I have been lifting for about 3 years. I want to lift 5 days a week with the fitness plan from Free Trainers. My question is, if I lift in the morning, can I do about 45 mins of aerobics(3 days a week) in the afternoon and still accomplish my goals? (Assuming that I stick to them)!!

ABSolutely. Go for it, and don't forget to have at least 2 rest days. Keep us posted on how you do.
Welcome to freetrainers.
20lbs isn't alot but will take time, but try and measure yourself more than using the scale.
Good luck and please fill out your profile.
