I know that doing cardio is great for getting the heart beating and opening blood flow... my question is if I decide to take a bike ride for my cardio how long should it be? Best if given in form of time. I am very psyched to get started tomorrow. Thanks for the input everyone.

Hey Taz, i know personally i killed myself in the cardio category, i would go on a 30 mins run then immediately grab my bike from the garage and go for about an hr 30 mins...just go around areas you feel familiar, parks are great because you see people and kids enjoy their day, kinda makes ur day as well...

word of advice...dont try to pop a wheelie, i popped my boney lol
