Specific cardio exercises include stationery bike, swimming, treadmill, running, elliptical trainer, etc. You'll need to just monitor your heart rate and increase or decrease (intensity) based on your goal (if you do HIIT). Otherwise, there is a formula on how long you'll need to sustain cardio, along with the target heart rate level, all based on your weight and your goal.
