I have just joined the group and filled in the personal fitness programme and it says that I should be on about 3500 cal daily, I don't find it hard to get the protein but the carbs have been a bit of a problem what foods provide the best carbs apart from rice pasta and potato, are there any good snacks that are high in carbs but low in fat, I work shifts so getting meals ready at 03:00 in the morning is not my idea of fun

Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice cakes, get your meals ready on your days off.

Wholegrain cereals are really good as they provide complex carbs. also fruit!

I had the same concern, Bulldog. I just added oatmeal and brown rice to my daily diet. Good stuff!
