Can't stop smiling!!!

Hi Everyone. I'm 28 girl from Spain. I start working out and on a diet last monday. I was 83kg (183lb i think) last monday and so i decided i need a change to be healthier. I've been doing the diet 100% allright and i've been working out every day except friday and saturday. My routins are 20 minutes on the eliptic (cheap one btw) and after that some easy pushup, some abs, some excersices with light weights and some strechings. Aroun 40 minutes everyday.
Well I take my weigh again 10 minutes ago and the results are AMAZING. It supoused that i've lose 5kg(11.02lb)  in a week!!!!!
Is that possible???? or did my weigh just broke up??? couse i check like 5 times lol
i never lose that much weight in a week before, couse when i made diet i did not workout at all. 
Well...  plz... i need to know if this is posible becouse i can't stop smiling thinking on my results!!!!

Welcome to the group!

The high weight loss was 90% water weight. This is usually what happens in the early stages of dieting, then it becomes more fat.

The main thing is that you are going to continue.  If your anything like me there will probably be times when you work so hard but the scales stay the same that week, but the main thing is to keep at it. I have every intention of using this website side as encouragement especially through the difficult periods so I suggest you do the same.

I will :D i am in this page for that too and to lear a little bit too about excersices. i will continue ofcourse eventhough i gaine that kilogram, couse now i star feeling better, healthier and i'm glad for that. thx smoothi. have a nice night
