Cant lose weight

Ok im overweight being 149lb 5ft 4 in. My highest weight ever. Anyways I dont eat much. I figured out my calorie intake daily may hit 800 max. I watch the carb and sugar intake. Try to eat lowfat foods. Im not a big at working out although i do walk/ or run 3 times a week for about a half hour at a time. Today for example my calorie intake was 550 carbs was unusually high at 60 but usually around 30 max and fat was at 14 grams today. What is going on.. I cant lose a lb.. I dont do alot through the day so my excercise level is sedatary. What should I do.. Oh ps.. I have had a hysterectomy a year and half ago.. since then my metabolism is shot.. But I dont want to use that as an excuse.... HELP!

Weight gain or slow met. is common after a hyst. are you on any hormones? Also, try walking before breakfast to get things moving. I suggest eating every three hours about 400-300 calories per meal. The more you eat the more you lose, it's what you eat and when you eat it that counts. Exercise can be fun if you find something you enjoy. There
are things you can do at home. Let me know if you need some home exercises.
