My school has the football team lifting monday thru thursday. It goes: Monday Chest/Biceps/Triceps Tuesday Legs/Shoulders Wednseday Chest Biceps Triceps Thursday Leg Shoulder I would really like to try the 8 wk muscle mass after hearing great results from people, wut do u suggest?
Sounds like you have already made your decision, but if you need that extra motivation, I just finished the same program on here and achieved excellent results. I am taking 1 week off now, actually 2 because I came down with a cold last monday. But as far as this 8 week prgrm goes, I'm all for it. I added the wide shoulders program to it. Good Luck
