Cannot afford a gym

I started briskly walking about four weeks ago. I have built up to an hour walk. I feel great and love every minute of it. I cannot afford a gym but would like to do more. I know you cannot get rid of fat in certain areas but I would like to tone up my arms and my legs more. Right now, my figure is proportional. I hate the idea of becoming flat chested or bottom heavy. What excercises can I do? Or is walking and bike riding my only alternative.

There is a great home workout plan here... check it out... don't need weights, just soups cans and a few other odds and ends!
