well....can you? Well to tell you the truth...i doubt you cant cuz you cant do 2 thing at one time. But, how do you tone and lose weight? Thats what i dont understand, cuz i need to lose an amount of fat but i dont want to lose my muscle gains that i have now. I know muscle weighs more than fat but i know if i will lose this weight i will have no strength left in me and that is what im scared about. Can anyone help me out with this? i would really appreciate it thank you.
