im 16 and i weight 135 lbs and i jus gotta bech press 2days ago and i maxed out and i can ohnly bench 115 lbs.. can ne 1 tell me if thas good? but i wanna be able 2 go up in my max i wanna be able 2 bench like 140 by chistmas time and its november 11 do you think thas a reasonable goal? well plz sum 1 tell me how 2 increase by max benching and get quick results?? thanx 4 tha feebback cuz i really need sum advice..

For most people bench press does not come that quickly. Keep your diet up to snuff and keep at it you will get there

than man can u help me with this i can only do 20 push ups consecutivley and i wanna be able 2 do like 40 consecutivley
do u know ne workouts that i can do 2 make my amount of pushups i do go up? post me bowers if u dont understand wut im tryin 2 say cuz i dont think im tellin it 2 goood n thanx 4 da advice b4 man

thats really not that bad of a max on bench for ur body weight.....don't worry abotu HOW MUCH you can do worry about HOW ur doing it... the only way i got better on my bench is to concentrate on my form, and my diet, just reamember that there are other muscles on ur body than ur chest!

bigandrew's right, form comes first. keep working on it, and itll come. Bench press is one of the hardest lifts to see results in, and if you can make small, but steady gains, and keep your form perfect, then you are well on your way.
