I currently am a junior in high school and need to drastically increase leg strength or any other muscle group that helps with kicking a football; I kick for my football team. What exercises should I be doing? In our football program, we have a limited number of options concerning weight-lifting. We squat, power-clean, bench, and do free-weight dumbell exercises. Our coaches are very strict when it comes to lifting, so I probably couldn't just do my own thing while everyone else is doing the posted workout. I realize that eating right is a big part of gaining muscle mass quickly. When should I eat and what should I eat? Any answers would be appreciated.

Well, muscle is really not what you need. Its exploveness, and quickness. If you workout with a football coach then they shoudl have you on some sort of workout. I would ask them, if not ask this in powerlifting and strength traing or send gatormade an emal, he can help you out better than i can.
