i'm starting the 8 week muscle mass program and 12 week abdominal program and just wondering, do i NEED supplements to gain mass or can i still gain mass without?
Supplements just supplement. :) If you can get enough nutrition to satisfy your requirements, they aren't needed. Todays food just doesn't have the nutritional value it did years ago so if nothing else, a multi-vitamin can help.
