I want to know if i can split the 4 week home traning retien and still get results, by split i mean do the leg excercises in the morning the arm ones when i get home and the rest befor i go to bed,
Also how long does it take to see results with the 12 week abs, im about 6ft weight 120lbs, so i dont think i have to much fat covering them, i just dont get out much and never had much muscle EVER,
i can bearly do 10 pushups:(
i would just need to see some results to help me stay motivated
PS, school starts begginig of september, is there anychance i could get into some noticable shape, not get reel strong, just so that i can start seeing some muscle, and be able to life my backpack withought trouble
It gets demoralizing to strougle with that, expecialy if people are watching :(
