i work out in school during my 3rd block class and i was wondering if letting creatine settle in my juice till before then and then drink it will take away some affects cause its been sitting in a liquid
i am not a scientist but i did have a friend who made his creatine up for the day in the morning (he worked out at lunch) he never had anything happen but i would pose the question more directly to manufacter label or send them an email of whatever product you are taking
